Our 22-day adventure through Italy and the Greek Islands is the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime experience. From exploring ancient cities to sailing crystal-clear waters, this journey will leave you with unforgettable memories and amazing new friends!
We kick things off in Milan, the stylish heart of Italy. After arriving with our group, we’ll climb to the rooftop terraces of the Duomo di Milano, where you’ll get an incredible panoramic view of the city. Then, we’ll step back in time at the historic Sforza Castle, one of Milan’s most famous landmarks. Ready for something different? Hop on a bike and cruise through Milan’s charming canals on our Naviglio Grande bike ride, passing by colorful buildings, trendy cafés, and centuries-old bridges.
Next stop—Venice, a city like no other! Built on 118 small islands and connected by over 400 bridges, Venice is a magical maze of canals, historic squares, and hidden alleyways. We’ll take a moonlit gondola ride, explore the grandeur of St. Mark’s Basilica, and marvel at the stunning architecture of Doge’s Palace. Before the night ends, we’ll gather in Piazza San Marco for some late-night gelato while soaking in the city’s timeless charm.
From Venice, we head to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance and a city bursting with art, history, and amazing food. Stand in awe at Michelangelo’s David at the Galleria dell’Accademia, wander through the lush Boboli Gardens, and learn to cook authentic Italian dishes at our hands-on cooking class. As the sun sets, we’ll take in the breathtaking views from Piazza Michelangelo, the perfect spot to capture unforgettable photos. The next day, we’ll escape to the Tuscan countryside, where we’ll explore the medieval villages of Siena and San Gimignano, both straight out of a postcard.
Then, it’s off to Rome, where ancient history comes alive! We’ll step inside the legendary Colosseum, where gladiators once battled, and take a stroll through the sprawling ruins of the Roman Forum. We’ll step inside the Pantheon, toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain (legend says it guarantees your return to Rome!), and soak up the city’s buzzing atmosphere on the Spanish Steps. No visit to Rome is complete without a visit to Vatican City, where we’ll tour St. Peter’s Basilica and stand in awe beneath Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel ceiling.
Time to swap Italy’s historic streets for the sparkling blue waters of the Greek Islands! Our adventure in Greece begins in Santorini, one of the most iconic islands in the world. Perched along the cliffs of the caldera, the whitewashed buildings of Fira and Oia are an unforgettable sight. We’ll explore the volcanic black sand beaches of Kamari, relax at our resort’s pools, and set sail on a sunset catamaran cruise, watching the sun dip into the Aegean Sea in the most spectacular way.
Our next island stop is Naxos, where we’ll experience the perfect blend of Greek culture, history, and stunning natural beauty. Spend the day sunning on Agios Prokopios Beach, stroll through the perfectly preserved whitewashed old town, and take in the view from the Temple of Apollo, an ancient ruin that glows in the evening light. We’ll also head into the mountains to visit charming villages and get hands-on in a Greek cooking class, where we’ll learn to prepare authentic dishes just like the locals.
Next, we ferry over to Paros, a dreamy island known for its laid-back atmosphere and picturesque scenery. We’ll relax on its golden beaches, explore the cosmopolitan towns of Parikia and Naoussa, and take part in an exhilarating wind-surfing lesson, learning to ride the waves like a pro! We’ll also visit traditional mountain villages, where we’ll experience local island life and soak up the incredible views.
Our final stop is Athens, the vibrant capital of Greece and the heart of ancient civilization. We’ll climb to the top of the Acropolis, where the Parthenon stands tall, and explore the historic Agora, where philosophers like Socrates once gathered. We’ll check out the hip Plaka district, famous for its charming streets and authentic Greek food, and take in the lively energy of Monastiraki Square, the perfect place to find souvenirs and soak up Athens’ unique vibe.
As we gather for our farewell dinner, we’ll reminisce about our favorite moments, the amazing new friendships we’ve made, and the unforgettable places we’ve explored. After 22 days of incredible adventures, we’ll board our flight home with memories that will last a lifetime!
