Seamless Travel Arrangements with Rein Teen Tours
Travelers from the New York Metropolitan Area
Before summer begins, our dedicated travel coordinators take care of all necessary flight arrangements for our program participants. Teenagers departing from the New York/Northern and Central New Jersey metropolitan area will travel on group flights arranged by Rein Teen Tours from either John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, or LaGuardia Airport. A Rein staff member always accompanies the teenagers on these group flights, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey. Â
In the spring, we will provide families with flight details and airfare for our group flights. Parents simply authorize payment, and we handle the rest! Please note that frequent flyer points cannot be used for group flight payments. We can also accommodate special routing requests, such as a one-way flight for teenagers staying in California to visit family after their tour. If you have a special request, we encourage you to notify our office as early as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Â
On departure day, our travel staff will meet families at the airport, check in the teenagers and their luggage, and guide the group through security to the departure gate. Drop-off is quick and easy, making for a hassle-free start to an incredible journey!
Travelers from Outside the New York Metropolitan Area
For the many travelers joining us from outside the New York area, our travel coordinators will reach out in the spring with suggested flight options. We arrange for teenagers from the same geographic areas to fly together whenever possible. Parents authorize the flight payment, and Rein Teen Tours handles the booking and ticketing—completely free of charge.
On departure day, parents bring their teenagers to the airport, check them in, and send them through security. Upon arrival at their destination, our Rein staff members are waiting to meet them. Before the trip, our airport pick-up team will contact families and share their cell phone numbers, providing additional peace of mind.Â
For younger travelers required to register as an unaccompanied minor by the airline (which includes an additional fee), our designated staff will meet them at the arrival gate, present the necessary identification, and escort them through the airport.
Bus Departures for Eastern Adventure, Crossroads, and Mini-Tours
Travelers from the New York Metropolitan Area
For our tours that begin with a bus departure (Eastern Adventure, Crossroads, and Mini-Tours), parents will bring their teenagers to a designated pick-up point in the New York/Northern New Jersey metropolitan area. Our coach bus and tour staff will meet them on the morning of departure—there’s no need for families to travel to the tour’s first destination!
Travelers from Outside the New York Metropolitan Area
For teenagers joining our Eastern Adventure and Crossroads tours from outside the New York area, we make the travel process just as simple. Our travel coordinators arrange for these participants to fly into the New York area the evening before their tour begins. Rein staff will meet them at the airport and escort them to a hotel near the airport, where they will be accommodated overnight. The next morning, the group boards our coach bus and heads off for their adventure.
As part of our commitment to hassle-free travel, dinner, hotel accommodations, and overnight chaperoning are completely covered by Rein Teen Tours—there is no additional charge for this service. No matter where our travelers come from, we ensure that the departure process is smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Our experienced travel team takes great pride in ensuring that every trip gets off to a seamless and exciting start!
