Nobody ever goes hungry on Rein Teen Tours!
Breakfast and dinner are included daily on all of our tours, while our community service programs, and the Costa Rica Adventure trip include three meals per day. Breakfast is typically enjoyed in our hotels’ restaurants and features a buffet with a variety of choices, including cereal, yogurt, fruit juices, and hot items such as pancakes, eggs, and waffles. Lunches are typically on-the-go, and teenagers will have multiple options at each stop, including supermarkets, Chipotle, Subway, Chick-fil-A, Panera, and other casual dining spots. We also love incorporating unique local restaurants to give our participants a taste of regional flavors. Â

Dinners are always a highlight, featuring teenager-friendly restaurants with fun atmospheres and great food. Some favorites include California Pizza Kitchen, Hard Rock CafĂ©, Bubba Gumpâs, and The Cheesecake Factory. Regardless of where we dine, there are always options to accommodate vegetarians, picky eaters, and those with gluten or dairy-free diets or food allergies. Our tour leaders serve as advocates for participants with dietary restrictions, helping them communicate their needs to restaurant staff to ensure they have safe and satisfying meals.
For teenagers with severe nut or other allergies, we require them to bring at least two EpiPens, one of which will be held by the tour leader for quick access if needed. On Rein Teen Tours, we take food seriouslyâbecause great adventures require great meals!
