Easy Enrollment
New families can enroll for a program by establishing a CampInTouch account and filling out our Tour Application.
A deposit of $1000 is required at the time of enrollment.
(This includes $900 to be applied towards tuition and a $100 application fee.)
The final balance is due by check only, on April 1.
- Refund Policy
- Full refund (tuition and application fee) for cancellation before January 30.
After January 30, all money paid to Rein Teen Tours will be refunded:
- Less $1000 for cancellation between January 30 and April 1.
- Less $1500 for cancellation between April 1 and May 1.
- Less 25% of program price for cancellation between May 1 and June 1.
- Less 50% of program price for cancellation between June 1 and 3 days prior to departure.
There are no refunds for cancellation within 3 days of departure date.
